If the finished garment we deliver to you is missing a button or a hem is open, it is not "ready to wear". For this reason all minor repairs that are noticed after cleaning are done with our compliments.
As part of our Personal Fashion
Care service, if a repair is more complicated, we will call the customer to approve the estimate for making the repair. If the customer cannot be reached and the order is due for delivery, it is sometimes necessary for us to make the proper decision to make sure that the garment is ready to wear.
Many of our customers
provide us with a second phone number for special cases like this. Also, a repair limit can be assigned to your customer account, giving us your pre-approval for repairs that are more than the $25.00 amount to be automatically taken care of. This repair limit will help us to provide you with the best service and saves on
phone calls back and forth.

Re-Weaving
Reweaving is the most "invisible" form of repair you can get. Usually, reweaving is used to repair moth holes or puncture marks in fine wool suits. Because it is extremely difficult and time consuming, the cost is significantly more than a normal mend, but well worth it, especially when it comes to the repair
of a treasured wool jacket or pair of slacks.
